Be very precise during installation
These are pretty nice. Just be sure that when you stick the backing that holds the hooks, it's exactly where you want it. I was at a weird angle trying to hang one & it got tilted. I realized it immediately & tried to remove, even tried gently heating it with a hair dryer. I did get it corrected & it seems to still have good adhesive, but the corner of the backing where I finally got it to pull up from got slightly damaged & doesn't look great. It's probably unnoticeable to most people, but being a Type A personality, it drives me crazy every time I see it.
