This solved my problem in the guest room where the guest couldn't reach an outlet to charge their mobile devices. Having this right on the bedside table works great. One downside is that since there are two outlets on the clock, the power cord itself is very heavy duty and will pull or fold the clock off the bedside table. The clock itself should have a weighted base to keep it flat or more secure. I stuck an eyebolt behind the nightstand and tied the power cord to it to keep the weight down.
