Review on 🧹 Kenmore DU2015 Lightweight Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner with 10’Hose, HEPA Filter, 4 Cleaning Tools for Pet Hair & Hardwood Floors, Red by Ashley Slater

We were about to move out of state so when I ordered it I decided to leave it in the box until we got to our new home. I tried using it today to clean up a number of things (hair, kitty litter, spilled sugar) and it's too heavy, doesn't vacuum well (I had to run it over the same spot many times and eventually gave up) and does poorly . The brushes were also on, but they turned on and off whenever it was convenient for them. Nozzles are not easy to use. You need to attach the nozzle to the end of the hose that feeds the canister. The hose has a very tight spiral and doesn't go far from the vacuum, but that's where the nozzles go. I had to lug the whole vacuum cleaner around when trying to use the attachment. I was looking for a vacuum cleaner that would be easier to use as I am disabled and cannot operate this vacuum cleaner. Also, I can't return it because the "return date" has already passed. What a terrible waste of money!
