I love this product and the Master Tailgaters that I have purchased. I left a fairly descriptive synopsis of both points in the review for the camera. In short, the installation was way beyond my talents and tools. I knew this, so I hired a local car audio specialist to do the installation. He came to my house and did a professional job (not like I did at Best Buy or Fry's). I love everything about these items, especially "Image/Monitor Clarity" as I called my camera test. Buy these items. Update. It stopped working this morning. Reversing lights still work, power windows still work, radio works etc. I really liked this product when it worked. I have contacted customer service and will let you know how they deal with it. So the gentleman who installed it came over today to see what went wrong. I told him Master Tailgaiters mentioned it sounded like a blown fuse. (there is a fuse in the cable set). Master Tailgaters has great customer service because I emailed them with my problem. Of course it was a blown fuse. Comes with a 2 amp fuse. My installer replaced the fuse with a 5A fuse. He said 2 amps wasn't enough for the monitor and compass/temp gauge. Now everything works fine. I have informed Master Tailgaiter just in case they wish to increase the amperage of the fuse they have provided.
