A while ago we replaced all our plastic storage containers with Pyrex storage containers. Since then we have been dealing with problematic lids. They all seem to break and eventually fail. The lid never closes completely. The immediate advantage of this container is the complete tightness of the lid. Store liquid, carry it in your bag and don't worry about leakage. As far as the new container is concerned, I have no complaints. However, the lid is plastic and I know it's not a matter of if it breaks, it's a matter of when. If it fails I will start shooting stars depending on how fast it happens, if I can find a replacement cover and how much it will cost. However, I will not pre-label the product, so I only need to update the review if I use it.
