After these 32GB cards arrived I decided to format each card at a low level to make sure they all worked. I'm sure I'm glad I did. While four cards were formatted to full capacity, one was not. I have performed a full format on this card three times and it has always given me the same results. I've reformatted a few others more than once and they worked as expected every time. It seems that only one card out of five is broken. I've also noticed that the same dubious card isn't always recognized by Windows when it's first plugged in. Because of this, I've decided to discard this card. . You shouldn't be sending them all back for a bad card, but this purchase isn't quite as good as it once seemed.
