Convenient system with room for growth and improvement

I like that you can create multiple users for different departments, so it's easy when one person is off or unavailable at certain times of day/weekend etc., but also helps keep track who has access which information in what department (or other areas). Sometimes there are glitches where an employee will click into another area without realizing they're still logged out from their own workstation - this makes things difficult if we need them back soon! We've been able solve some problems by using client management software because our staff members aren't always available during business hours; however sometimes clients have questions about how something works outside normal working days & time zones / holidays mean employees may not be around either.
