Convenient system with room for growth and improvement

I like that you can create multiple users for different departments, so it's easy when one person is off or unavailable at certain times of day/weekend etc., but also helps keep track who has access which information in what department (or other areas). Sometimes there are glitches where an employee will click into another area without realizing they're still logged out from their own workstation - this makes things difficult if we need them back soon! Easy management & tracking tool plus remote support

The best thing about this system is that it's easy to use, has many features which makes managing our client database very simple. It also allows us to have access from anywhere in the world via internet connection so we can manage clients remotely as well. I dislike how slow it sometimes gets during peak hours especially when there are multiple users accessing at once.
