I think that when you have a small business/website that only needs basic usage of this tool, then there should be no problem. The cost of this product is not worth it. However, as my company has grown, I've realized that this feature can help us identify where opportunities are coming from on our site. There is nothing I dislike about this tool! Great service at very affordable price for my small business needs (e-commerce).
