I love how easy it is to set up, that you can see all of my data in one place with no need for additional software or plugins! It's very clear what each part does so there are never any questions about whether something works as expected - everything just "just clicks". I like that you can see who visited your site, how long they stayed there, as well as what pages they viewed. You can also use it to get testimonials from customers who have used your product or service. It is not easy for me to find which page an individual has been on. Sometimes it is difficult to determine who is viewing your site. That is why I wish there were more options, such as being able to narrow down the results by IP address. Easy to use, no hassle reporting, it's also very easy for customers to use this tool with their existing Google Analytics setup. The platform is not cheap, but we've found that the reports are accurate and detailed. We don't receive updates often enough, but usually there's an update shortly after asking for one. The best part of Mousestats is the heatmaps. I am able to see which page they visit and which sections they interact with. I was able to see that my website had the lowest conversion rate and what areas I need to work on. I was also able to see which page my visitors are most engaged with. The best thing about this tool is that it's easy to use,it has everything you need in one place for tracking all of my traffic sources as well as conversions from each source! I have no complaints yet but if there are any i'm sure they will be addressed within 24-48 hours by their support team which makes me feel very comfortable with using them since we're both located near Seattle WA so communication can happen quickly at times when needed most!!
