Review on Vitamix Classic Black Tamper - Enhance Blender Performance! by Luis Blaschko

*Updated below* I had this a few months ago. It does its job of pushing the contents of my smoothie into the blender. I compared it to my original Vitamix masher and it's a little shorter. Checked on the Vitamix website and the original tanker was 12.75 inches. This tamper is 12 inches. A small difference but I thought others should know. *Update June 22, 2020* I wrote the above review in July 2017 and wanted to say that three years later I still have this tamper and it works perfectly. So I have to give it credit for its durability! It was pretty cheap when I bought it, so I kept it despite the loss in length. When I ordered it it was $6.89 and as of writing this review the price has almost doubled! So go shopping and pay attention to the price.
