Fall off after 30 days!

They were in excellent condition for about a week and then I saw that they were starting to fall apart a bit. I even cleaned the wall beforehand. Now they fall off like dead flies. Three showed up this week and we're already a week into the return window. I have lightly textured, painted drywall and wouldn't recommend it for that.
