5 star packaging, 3 star frame, 2 star bottom. The manufacturer's shipping packaging was exceptional, but the frames themselves are mediocre. I have ordered nine (9) of these frames. The frames arrived slightly worn on the sides, and while the corners of the frame (on most of them) are well aligned when viewed from the front, not a single corner fits together where the frame pieces meet. pictures below. This is a problem when frames are hung on the wall as at least two corners will be visible no matter what angle the viewer would be viewing the framed photo/painting from. However, I am not returning them as my business/non-business hours do not correlate with UPS business hours. Even if it were, it wouldn't be worth the trouble. I use black varnish to hide imperfect corners. It's good enough for what I need them for (military quality photos for demonstration purposes). That being said I would order them again for future photos just to make sure the frames are the same. I really think they should sell for about $3 less than their current price. Then I would give 5 stars for the quality based on the price. Otherwise, they're reasonably priced if you're just looking for a picture frame of this size that you don't care too much about. I would not use this frame for a picture that I like to look at over and over again.
