I have had a brown Columbia belt for everyday use for 15-20 years and bought a black Timberland belt a year ago which has stretched and had to be replaced. . This new Columbia belt is thicker and more durable than the Timberline belt. The size is right, maybe a little tight. I wear between 32 and 34 so 34 was the perfect size.
