DON'T CUT THE TIES….
DO NOT cut the strap securing the door to the gate before installation! My friend didn't read the instructions or cut the zip ties prior to installation. My twins figured out how to open this in 3 days, we hold it together with TAPE (yes, duct tape). Now I have to buy a new one. In general, very worthy, strong. very easy to install (if you follow the instructions). Overall I would buy it again and recommend it!
