The tool is very easy to use, it has an intuitive interface that makes finding leads fast & simple for me as well my team members! It's also really good at pulling in all of our data from other sources like Salesforce so we can easily cross-reference what each person needs right now or going forward into future opportunities/deals - which helps us prioritize more effectively (and not waste time chasing down multiple people who may need different things). There are some areas where I feel there could be improvements made but nothing too major since they're working hard towards providing better tools every month / quarter etc.. As far back tracking past deals goes though this isn't something i've had any issues using yet either :) Really love how quick their support staff responds when needed via chat vs emailing them directly sometimes takes longer than expected if sent through emails.
