The fan was easy to install. I used the screws that came with it to attach it to the overhead switch box. I'm not sure why others have said they can't, but it's ok for me. The installation problem was that the connecting wires in this fan are brown and blue, not UL standard. I had to contact the manufacturer and he provided instructions. The live/hot wire is the brown wire and the neutral/common wire is the blue wire. This wiring guide should be included in the package. In general, I took a point. Otherwise it works very well, very quiet and the fan ensures good airflow!
