It took a little ingenuity, but it works great!

This was the perfect solution when my fans on speed 1-3 stopped working. Getting the screws in and out of the small space behind the glove box was a challenge, so I built a 90 degree screwdriver using a bit and my socket wrench. It took a while, but when it was finished everything went great.
