This is a really elegant knife with a nice handle and excellent steel. The bath actually looks just like the picture, with grit and on every side, very classy and crisp. It cuts very well on tomato paste and pepper/onion skins. The scabbard leaves a lot to be desired as it could be made a little tighter (doesn't stick to the blade very well although it's good to have one) picnic bag etc. I carry it to work to chop and protect fruit me by a sharp blade in my pocket. So this works fine, but could be better.
