Waste of money - expect complications
Arrived with cracked and broken parts. My dad who helped install it managed to fix it so it was still useful. The tube holes are a very specific size that didn't fit my tubes. Couldn't find the size anywhere. We ended up hiring a plumber to help with the installation. Although the price of this product is good, if you encounter problems like we did, you may face additional bills. The water seemed to clear a bit but the instructions say to empty the water heater. Update: This only worked for a short time and then broke. The returns window is now closed and the manufacturer is not accepting returns. Don't waste money on it.
