Incredible waste of time, unsafe product
This product cannot support its own weight. Luckily I found this out and took it down before either I or the cats got hurt. The connection hose is not actually connected. You twist them together through the plastic piece in the middle, but that plastic piece just slips into the tube and isn't glued or attached in any way. Ropes are cheap and give me splinters so I can only imagine how annoying they are for cat paws.
