functional. Not very durable. One part actually broke as I installed it very carefully, but the broken part doesn't really matter - just for convenience, to make installing the rack easier. Once the rack is in the dishwasher, that part doesn't really do anything. So I still give it four stars. Functional and much, much cheaper to get these generic replacement parts than buying the OEM direct from the manufacturer.
