Review on The Sak Ventura 2-in-1 Convertible Backpack and Handbag by April Smith

I bought this bag because my mother bought it in brown from Macy's and I really liked it. I already tried to verify my personal purchase and they removed it so I will double check. The black wallet in the picture is not the wallet I received, my wallet has a different appearance, decorations and finishes. I liked the bag for its worn finish, but the one I received was bright and shiny, looked like hard leather, was very unattractive and didn't live up to my expectations. Don't even make me wear the straps on this bag. They NEVER stay in place and are constantly intertwined. When you tighten them they just slip back and are as loose as possible so the bag is constantly dragging down your leg and is far enough away from my hands that when I'm standing at the checkout or something else is trying to put my wallet away , I can't get to the wallet. I wish I had a different wallet, it's just not worth the money and it's rather a hassle. Very dissatisfied with it.
