The spring flanges that hold these pads in place are poorly designed and are 100% stuck in the can and cannot be removed without destroying the pad. The reflector isn't that good either. the same quality as the Juno finish and gives these Torchstar finishes significantly more highlights. They are almost blinding and the extra glare draws your attention straight to the light source as you enter the room, while Juno lamps are very thin and create a more comfortable atmosphere. I'm returning them to buy the Juno brand finish even though they cost 4 times the money. Sometimes OEM is the best option even if it costs a lot more.
