When I saw these and read all the positive reviews, the first thought was that the reviews are fake and the speakers are probably bad. But since I'm the cheap guy that I am and the next cheapest pair of components selling for around $80 I figured why not? First, the specs listed on the detail page do not match the specs listed in the user manual. Not much considering the specs in the manual were really good. Secondly, it does not include any speaker wire or mounting hardware other than 8 black screws and 8 black clips. So make sure you have at least 50 feet of speaker wire on hand to run new wires from the crossover to the woofers and tweeters. I have also bought many butt splice crimp connectors. I reused the factory wiring harness connectors for easy disconnection if needed. To be honest the sound quality is pretty impressive, I mean they are $40 for sobs. Of course I made soundproofing, speed rings and a bass blocker for the tweeters and midrange drivers. However, compared to the Rockford Fosgate R165x3, which they replaced with the same treatment, I noticed a much better bass response, louder and clearer. Tweeters aren't perfect; They can be a little scratchy and hard on the ears at times, but it's definitely an improvement over the factory tweeters. I use them with a factory amp that puts out 20 watts RMS per channel. I think with a little more power it would be amazing.
