When they arrived I was in awe of the thicker fabric and thought they could really handle my busy nephew. My nephew refused to wear them. He doesn't like landing either. There's too much material at the waist and too much frilling at the elastic and I agree with him, he looks like he's wearing toddler pants. He's 9 years old so the toddler pants look doesn't work.
