Easy To Use And Effective Software For Contract Management
We use NUSSKNACKER to manage our service contract renewal process in house for multiple customers at once. It has been very easy to set up and we were able to have it working within hours of downloading all needed components from their website. The interface is not as intuitive or user friendly as other software products out there but this does not matter too much since our users are mostly internal so they will be interacting with the system primarily through an external portal that we provide them. Our main problem was being able to easily track renewals across different states and clients. There is no built-in functionality like that available in some other systems. But after implementing NUSSKNACKER, I am confident that these problems will soon be resolved.

This helps because your case load can always increase significantly during peak times (not saying just due my business!)..but more than make things right when something goes wrong!! Very impressed by how quick customer support gets everything sorted : ) Highly recommend using TOUKSKNACKERS services..if only had known about earlier!!!
