This light is bright! The glare is bright, so be careful not to look directly at it when it's on. It comes with a foot-long three-wire cord. I found the color code a little odd, but the instructions are clear enough. The green/yellow is grounded as always, the weird thing is the neutral is blue and here in the states is the standard white for AC neutrals. Hot brown (usually black or red in the US). That color code reminded me of low voltage DC devices, but it doesn't matter if the instructions state which color is used for what (and they do). The light needs to be hardwired to a junction box or alternatively you can plug it into an AC plug and use an extension cord. The included light has a small light sensor that controls when the light is turned on and off. I wish there was a sensitivity adjustment to have more control over when the lights turn on or off. It looks sturdy enough to withstand the elements. General large powerful outdoor light.
