Worked fine for the first year and a half until it suddenly started to slow down. Opening Task Manager showed that "System Interrupts" were using 60-97% of the CPU. System interruptions indicate a hardware problem. This usually means you need to update your BIOS. I literally deleted all unnecessary programs that could be taking up so much CPU and ran regular windows updates and nothing. It was still crashing and the trap was still using 90% of the CPU. It was made worse by the fact that my network card was failing and I was constantly disconnecting from the internet. My computer can no longer connect to the internet! Also, my system freezes. I checked out the Dell firmware site and updated the system BIOS. But that didn't solve the problem. They have so many firmware updates on their website and they are completely disorganized. You have no idea what firmware is causing this problem. Dell lets you use the Support Assist app to scan your hardware only to tell you which system drivers need to be updated and all of them can't be installed because "the system policy prohibits it". This means you have to call tech support, who charges $99 to service your computer. And they will do the same as you. So I uninstalled all 100+ firmware drivers and reinstalled everything but it didn't help. Never buy a Dell again.
