but I definitely like it. I would give 3

I've only had it fitted for a few days but I sure like it. I would give it 3.5 stars if I could as there are certain features and compatibility issues that get annoying. The screen seems very accurate and there is very little lag. DVDs look good on screen. The EQ settings are amazing and the sound quality is very good (I expect it will be great after replacing the stock speakers). The problems I'm having are compatibility issues with my Android phone (HTC DNA) and quite egregious issues with the head unit's "Database" function. Whenever I try to connect my phone to the radio I get an error message. As far as I can tell I need to buy a Pioneer CD MU200 cable to fix it(?). Neither the description nor the owner's manual mentions the need for this cable, and none of the radio reviews mention it. So for now I've decided to plug in a flash drive with most of my music on it. It plays reasonably well, but I was really looking forward to using the "Database" feature, which essentially archives the music and lets you browse it like an iPod. Unfortunately, the songs are only displayed and played in alphabetical order. This means you won't be able to play the albums in the correct track order; It's very frustrating considering that on a lot of my albums there are songs that flow into each other. Also, I can't find the continuous playback feature. Finally, as I said, I love radio and it offers a lot more than traditional radio. Unfortunately, there are some flaws in functionality that I didn't expect when I bought it. I'll probably bite the bullet and buy an old iPod for better compatibility.
