I like how easy it is for our team members to create risk assessments, track progress through the process as well as make changes or add new items when necessary without having all of them together in one place! Also great if you need access from anywhere - no VPN needed! It can be slow sometimes but not enough so that we would change anything about this software. We are solving two problems with RFI/ROCI management within ITIL best practice governance framework. 1) Improve internal customer service by providing better visibility into issues 2.) Provide more transparency to external customers who want detailed information regarding security vulnerabilities (i.e., PCI DSS).
