Good size, slightly discolored rubber seal

This is a good size and can use a different pin on the mixer lever. Problem: Black spots appear on the rubber seal at the top of the blender arm after prolonged use. I'm not sure if it was mold. I've used a bleach mix to try and clean it but the discoloration is interspersed with the sealant. My girlfriend bought one, she got pink discoloration. So I don't use it. Too bad, maybe a good product.
