Used for chopping game and chicken. Venison was very difficult to grind. The meat kept getting stuck and wouldn't grind properly. When I finished my hands were grey, I don't know why. I was shredding a chicken the other day and again the chicken got stuck but it was easier to shred. The flesh turned gray and when I took it apart I noticed that I was using the highest setting, the spiral part was rubbing against the body and the metal strips were coming loose, so be careful!
