Works even with limited internet access

I was looking for something to watch the Prime video I downloaded to my phone when we don't have internet access (when camping). It worked since I have a service bar or two. It seems it still needs internet to connect to my phone. It worked better than my USB-C HDMI cable (because my phone ran out of power before the movie ended). The quality wasn't perfect, but it worked. Just note that it requires an internet connection to connect.
