I received and opened my remote control today. They claim it's new, but apparently it's not. It was covered in scratches and finger marks. The first thing I noticed was that it is very light. Almost empty feeling. I added batteries and tried to connect to my Vizio TV. Nothing has happened. I played with him a few times and couldn't get him to do anything. So I decided to take a look. I noticed that there are no screws to loosen. It looks like all the corners are glued. Then I realized it was a dummy remote control. That explains why it's so easy.
