I would recommend this pot and pan set to any cook for home use. If you take care of these pots and pans, they will last at least your short life. Does not deform when heated in the oven. Easy to clean even if you use a slow cooker. Perfect heat distribution ensures excellent roasting. I use these inserts on a glass surface and they spread out well enough to hold four chicken breasts, 10 scallops, two strips, etc. I would use them in my restaurant but let's start with the fact that I'm eleven Madison Park lol.
