Review on Mission Belt Mens Ratchet Leather by Chris Pettway

I bought this belt in May 2014, now February 2017. I wear this belt daily, I'm skinny so I wear it with almost all pants. I have trimmed the belt upon receipt to ensure it fits and always looks very nice. In the last few months, the skin has started to tear significantly. There are multiple vertical tears in the skin in several places, although the belt is still functional. Not sure what to expect in terms of belt life, but I think I expected more. I will most likely buy a spare 35mm strap and keep my buckle which still works great.
