Impressed so far UPDATE 5/1/20

UPDATE 5/1/20: Original belt still works! I still love it but after such a long time the buckle surface started to wear off so I bought a new one for work and used the old one for gardening etc. Still absolutely the best straps I've ever had! A must if you are looking for a belt. I first saw this on Shark Tank when it first aired. I didn't really think about it at the time. Then the other day my belt broke (I always buy cheap Ross belts for $9.99) and I happened to watch a replay of the Shark…

Looked good for 2.5 years

I bought this belt in May 2014, now February 2017. I wear this belt daily, I'm skinny so I wear it with almost all pants. I have trimmed the belt upon receipt to ensure it fits and always looks very nice. In the last few months, the skin has started to tear significantly. There are multiple vertical tears in the skin in several places, although the belt is still functional. Not sure what to expect in terms of belt life, but I think I expected more. I will most likely buy a spare 35mm strap and…

Mission vs. Mooniva vs. SlideBelt

Updates: I've owned all three belts for about two years now. All of them still function normally with moderate wear. I've seen people have issues with all three manufacturers. But mine still works great. I spotted some great new high quality leather belts from Mooniva and jumped on the deal and bought the next belt. Wow, amazing belt! Mooniva Men's Leather Ratchet Belt Luxury Collection Small (20"-32") Brown I'm a huge fan of ratchet belts having bought my first one from Mission Belts website…

Wrong quality

I bought a black Mission belt in a men's clothing store a few years ago, very nice belt. I give him 5 stars. I wanted a brown belt so I bought this Mission belt three years ago. At first it seemed as good as black, but then the material on the inner layer tore along the entire length (see photo). They claim it's 100% leather but I've never seen leather tear like that. If it's leather, it's very cheap leather. Around the same time, the ratchet holding the strap started slipping, and now it slips

Before that it was a great belt.

This belt was great until the buckle fell off. This belt only lasted 36 days. One day after coming home from work, I decided to change into more comfortable clothes. So when I press the release button and unbuckle the belt, the buckle falls all the way to the ground. When I picked it up to take a closer look I noticed that one of the pins holding the buckle to the belt was missing, so it just had to have fallen off somewhere. At first I thought they were screws, but upon closer inspection it…

The best belt I've ever had.

This belt is really amazing. I got cancer and lost about 50 pounds. There was a size 32-34 now my sweatpants are falling out! Anyway, it might seem a bit pricey for a belt (well not really, I think my coach belt was MUCH bigger! lol) but this belt was a lifesaver for me. First, the belt is of excellent quality. Feels excellent, comfortable, soft skin. The clasp is nice and strong. Could be a bit thicker for the buckle but that's because there's so much you can do with this strap. Is the belt…

First time research among men

In the last 4 years I have bought 3 different brands of this stylish belt from Revain. First was Easy Belt, then Marino, and now Mission Belt. Easy Belt and Mission Belt were 35mm. The 35mm belt is too narrow for me and with some pants the lap belt rolls over the belt. While this look can take you to just about any geek party along with the sporty tape on your glasses, it's a flop otherwise. Also the release point of the Mission Belt buckle is difficult to manage. This is a small tab around the
