You will need a soldering iron and super glue if you try to fix it as the pins will turn and internal wiring will disconnect. Adjustable pins would be useful in New Zealand, Australia, Argentina etc where they have angled exits, but a strong vertical arrangement is required in the US. Consequently I glued on the pins and also rewired and soldered the two blocks I received because they were broken. As such, they are very poorly made and not recommended at all. UPDATE: I decided to spend a few bucks more and replace this item with something less flammable.
