It has clear quality, simple and easy to use. My only complaint is that it sometimes drops out, making it difficult to use during online meetings. I was hoping to hold my meeting on it while working on my laptop, but I don't think it will stay on. I think it could be the cable connector going to the top of the laptop. There is an adapter that converts it from a small plug to a regular USB and it doesn't fit perfectly. So when there is a pressure on the computer, it turns off the monitor. I think I could probably go from C to USB, just haven't done it yet.
