It wasn't a cheap investment. We have done everything necessary. We cut our hair with alcohol to clean the pads. Our dog was very upset with the statement. We only did the first two paws as she ran into her kennel (which is closed to humans - her safe place) and immediately ate everything. My dog didn't come to me for 2 days, she was so traumatized by the application process. She's 10 years old so maybe only old dogs who don't like the new tricks like it but for us it was a waste of money. I wish we could ship what wasn't used and get our money back.
