Dissatisfied with this purchase

We bought 4 of these headsets and nobody likes them. They are bulky and uncomfortable. The sound quality is not very good. breaks and exits. This is terrible for the admin, customer service or sales reps. I personally got it too and didn't like it. I went back to my headphones. They are way better than this headset. I wouldn't recommend buying them for business use if someone wears them to work all day.
