Measurements with tights lying flat (not stretched as if worn): Waist: 14.5" (29" circumference) Length from top waistband to bottom of leg: 38" Inseam from crotch to bottom of Legs: 29" Width at widest part of thigh: 9.5" (Circumference 19") Width at ankle: 4.5" (Circumference 9") I'm a 5'10" male and weigh 140 pounds. My measurements : Waist at navel: 31.5". Waist just below iliac crest: 32.5". Hips at widest point: 20". Calf: 14". Considering my waist measurement was an extra inch, they always would be still comfortable but probably not with the extra 2". The leg length is about 3-4" longer than I need but with zippers at the ankles. at the top they are fine. When the zippers are unzipped the bottom of the pantyhose legs loop over the ground.
