Review on Mineral Cutting Butcher Stainless Approved by Trevor Bannister

I read the reviews but ordered this mineral oil anyway. It appears to be a full gallon, although there is no "safety seal". It's good that it didn't leak and it came out fine. No smell and works great. I can't tell from the mineral oil I've had for 16 years. If you're on the fence I would buy it. UPDATE: Have used it to process a lot of wooden kitchen utensils. Works perfectly. He heated a little on the stove and melted it in edible beeswax. Pour the mixture into a glass jar. Once cool, I apply the final coat to the dishes and cutting boards. Love it.
