This device did not work immediately. Windows 10 failed to identify the device, as did Linux xubuntu 20.04. The circuit board is not fixed in the case and the USB cable that uses USB mini was defective. I had a cable from a tablet I use and it worked, if you move the device it goes offline. This was facilitated by a loose board. I had no RF signals, only noise, tried both quad and direct sample. I would think twice about buying this device. I will not issue a refund as it cost $30 to ship the Malachite device back to China.
