Review on πŸ“± TORRAS Magnetic Car Phone Holder Mount: The Ultimate Anti-Shake Air Vent Cell Phone Mount Compatible with iPhone, Samsung, and All Smartphones by Charles You

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is the real deal! FINALLY a simple and secure phone holder.

After a best performing car battery holder, ehhhh I think this might be the real deal. I received it today and it is just as durable as it looks in the photos. The magnet is very strong, almost too strong as there is nothing between the magnet and the mount, but something like that when mounted on the back of the phone (I just put it between the case and the phone without using any glue - I'd rather not have glue on all my stuff). The phone can be accidentally removed, but this would require forces derived from a car crash. hill and collapse from the other side. I don't see it slipping or falling off its mount in normal road conditions, even some rough ones. But it's easy to pick up the phone from it effortlessly. By default, you pick up the phone and pull it toward you at an angle, and this action "lifts" or "tilts" the phone out of the holder. I have intermittent arthritis in my hands and I can see that even on my toughest days, I won't have any trouble getting my phone out. I have vertical vents and the clip portion slides easily over them and the turnbuckle mechanism works like a charm. This thing is fixed very tightly now, I'm not sure even a nuclear blast can move it. Some vent clips on the vertical vents will begin to slip and sag on the vertical surface as the vehicle vibrates. I don't think it will happen with this one. It also has a ball swivel which is tightened well to size with the swivel tightener. I love that I can turn it more towards me or my son can turn it towards him more in the passenger seat when he needs to use it. I also really like that the phone is a bit away from the vent to allow air to flow through. around him and this will be very important during the hottest periods of the summer as my phone gets hot very quickly and overheats to the point that it can no longer function during these hot months. Even if I stick it in the shady parts of the car, it's not enough and it just slows the problem down a bit. In this case the air conditioning blows directly on the hottest part of the phone, keeping it in a shady spot and not in full sun like it's mounted on a windscreen and this should work. As a short person, I'm happy that I'd rather hold my phone by an air vent than use it on a window mount (which, by the way, keeps coming loose and I have to tighten all the time). time - it's a hell of a hassle, I don't know, it's not necessary, especially when I'm trying to drive). I usually wait a while before giving feedback on things simply because something is decent, when you get it you don't know how it's going to be in the long run, but some items are so obviously impressive (or disappointing) that you weigh up need it immediately. If there are any issues I will come back and add something but for now I am very happy with this car mount. I think that's exactly what the doctor ordered. I wanted something extremely simple (no buttons to find on the back to press and fumbling around in tight spaces to get the phone out) and it was very secure. That seems to be it.
