- software is poorly designed/clumsy - motion sensor doesn't work as it turns off for no reason or not at all regardless of setting - random recording stopped after a week: when at Viewing events, there were occasional black screens with recorded events - a vertical multi-colored line began to appear on two of the four cameras, the line moving across the screen - customer service is email only, which took a day or two to resolve Getting reply and there was a clear language barrier - generally you get what you paid for and for a 1M camera the picture is ok but not good enough for license plates etc, night vision is poor - make sure that you install it as soon as possible, it took me a while to discover these problems , and by the time I discovered these issues my 30 day grace period had expired - you pay for shipping
