Review on 🔍 Denso 2344261 O2 Sensor by Justin Live

After reading all the reviews and comments I realized this was the easiest solution for my car! The engine and traction indicator lights came on and I replaced the gas cap a few years ago so it can't be the cap. I took my car to the local auto parts and checking the engine code showed a bad O2 sensor. The clerk told me what they had in stock and it would cost $180.00. However, after a few minutes he told me that this is a special order and will take 2 days. They've done this to me in the past, so I went home and found it on Revain for $96 (I think they order online and sell at a 100% markup). They also told me the wrong part, the $180.00 part was for the fuel/air sensor which is completely different from the O2 sensor. Physical differences: The O2 sensor mounts directly to the exhaust pipe with built-in threads, the fuel/air sensor has 2 flanges for 2 bolts. It only took 5 minutes to install and here are the steps I used: 1. I parked my car so the center of the car was where the street and road intersect. There is usually a cut out like I have at home, this gave me an extra 3-4 inches to get under the car. 2. Remove the gray plug with a flathead screwdriver. 3. Spray some WD40 or liquid wrench on the sensor nut and let it sit for a few minutes. 4. Remove the sensor with an open-end wrench. 5. Install the new part and tighten with a wrench. Finished! I started the engine but there was no check engine light or traction control light! Several reviews said it takes a while for the light to turn off, so maybe I got lucky. Hope this helps someone.
