Review on ÖKOCAT Super Natural Clumping Litter by Erin Walker

I love this litter box. I love how light it is and how well it clumps. We have 3 cats so 4 bowls and we transferred 1 to Okocat for testing. I would say they use the Okocat box as much as the other 3 clumping clay fillers. I LOVE that this litter doesn't turn into mud to scrape off the bottom of the box. It just sticks like it should. We make sure to keep the recommended throw size of 3 inches and haven't had any issues. To be honest litter seems expensive and it's hard to compare based on weight/price etc. My husband and I believe this litter is NOT more expensive if the litter is not wasted - collect clumps, poop and nothing else. like any kitty litter, but I don't think it's any worse than others. Our cats don't like the hoods on the litter boxes so we just sweep the floor when we exit and put carpet for the outside of the litter box and the doormat when they exit their room through the baby gate (prevents dogs from raiding the litter boxes) . Next time I might try the "blue" Okokat with larger granules - as a test I wanted to increase the probability of use in cats. They never liked the granular fillers - pine or paper.
