This is a transformer for receiving 24 volts; what it offers you

Product outputs 24 V when connected to the mains. It's everything buyers need and expect. Here I deviate from some comments on usage where a jumper is suggested. It works great but the applications are all the same but different. My application was a two-wire air conditioner, an air conditioner. I installed it from Nest. With my tester I could see 24 volts on my system wires and two transformer wires. I hooked up a transformer to Nest's C and Rh, but then Nest said it couldn't see current on the Rc connector wire. I don't think that transformer wire and rc wire can be combined. I have 48 volts. I didn't find out because I wouldn't. Instead I added a transformer wire to Rc and a Rc wire to Rh. Nest liked it, no errors were reported and everything was fine. Nest showed the yellow wire (AC), the common wire, and the Rc wire (which was actually one of the transformer wires), but didn't see or show the Rc wire connected to Rh Nest. So. He only showed three wires. However, Nest "worked" only in thermal mode. So it worked for me and I have to go from 70 degrees to 72 degrees if I really want 68 degrees for the AC. It's ugly, but it's not the seller's fault. His product worked. He took the time to answer a question I asked via email. I have no problems with the product. I truly believe that smart thermostats are a technology that is still in its infancy. I don't think they work well enough to justify the installation mumbo-jumbo. One thing is for sure, the Nest needs a common cable and this product easily provides it. I will buy this product again as I have a different Nest thermostat for the heating zone. Now I know how it works. I recommend this product.
